You are moved into your new home and have unpacked and put away your belongings and you are looking forward to becoming involved in your new neighborhood. There are clubs/groups that will allow you to enjoy activities and meet your new neighbors. Stop by the lodge and get acquainted with all the wonderful activities that are available. There are groups that play billiards, bocce, computer groups, creative arts, croquet, dance club, fine arts, garden club, golf enthusiasts (remember the great golf courses?), needle arts, singers, softball, tennis, travel the veterans group and water fitness.
Also, you can look into joining in on these events: bunco, cinema, cribbage, cycling, mah jongg, postage stamp collection, the registered nurses, RV enthusiasts, political groups, table tennis, Tai-Ji, hiking and volleyball.
Remember, your new home is located in a community where you can easily get acquainted.
